Users with epilepsy would want to take a bit more, maybe up to 300  mg by mouth, and those with schizophrenia might need closer to 1,000-2,000 mg CBD for anxiety.

Types of CBD

One of the variables in finding the best CBD dosage for you is the type of CBD you are taking, meaning the way you are taking it. Often times the CBD tincture or oil comes with a dropper, and the directions will be according to a number of droppers. You should measure the droppers so you’ll be able to judge exactly how many milligrams you are taking. The easiest way to know how much you’re taking is with CBD capsules, because it will be marked. These edibles should be marked on the package. If using CBD vape oil, there is a liquid or cartridge system that goes into the tank. One last variable to consider is the strength and quality of the CBD hemp oil or edibles.
